Assouline offers a seamless return process for luxury products in their original, shrink-wrapped condition within 14 days of delivery. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the authorization process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original protective packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Securely attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of your parcel, ensuring no previous labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed once the quality inspection is complete.
